February 2008 Show Exhibitors have 1st choice to renew their previous booth space for our August 2008 Show, provided the contract plus the appropriate deposit are received by Show Management prior to the deadline. After the deadline, available booths are reserved on a first-come, first-served basis - the sooner you book the better the location! To book space, click on Floorplan above, choose your preferred location(s), then click on Contract, print it, then fax or mail the completed contract with deposit and booth choice(s). Draped booths are not permitted. Hardwall partitions MUST be used and each booth must have floor covering (carpet, tiles, etc). If you do not have your own pre-fabricated, hardwall booth, Special Booth Packages are available to rent for $750.00 + taxes per 10ft x 10ft booth. This all-inclusive booth package is set up and taken down for you, and includes the following per 10x10: perimeter hardwalls, header(s) with company or collection name, grey carpet, 4ft x 2ft black skirted table, 2 arm chairs, 4 shelves or 4 garment rails (you may choose any combination not exceeding 4 per 10x10, more may be rented as needed). One electrical outlet is also included per Exhibit. See the 3 examples below of the standard configurations for our booth packages:
